Is this safe to use for weight loss? I have atrial fib and taking only a baby asprin a day now...took me off of Plavix...

I am 79 yrs old...a widow....former nurse...retired since 2998....I need to lose about 50#....A friend obrained this medication...Modiodal 200mg in Mexico...about my only problem is obesity, have had 2 kneew replaced a number of yrs ago...have a pacemaker and atrial fib...I want to know if it is safe to take...the only results I have noticed is a dry mouth, less appetite and more energy..I can sure use that at times...Please let me know your opinion...Thanks...

This contains the active ingredient Modafinil, which is a stimulant that's usually used to treat conditions such as narcolepsy.
