I am taking omnacortil 5 mg one tablet in the morning and half a tablet in the evening. If I miss one dose I feel very sleepy, my bones have pain and I am at great discomfort. What are the side effects for taking this drug for many years - more than 7 years now.

Does use of omnacortil-5 lessen your red blood cells and deplete your haemoglobin if used continuously for 2-3 years?
