All medications carry the risk of causing side effects, the FDA lists the ones for these antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
They may also be worsened, if both are taken at the same time.
Has your doctor instructed you to take both of them?
Are you on any other medications?
