Misunderstood Dosage For Methylprednisolone

I started taking the 4mg 21 tablet pack incorrectly. Thought I was supposed to take all the pills each day at the same time with food. I am on day 4 tomorrow... Should I follow the instructions correctly for days 4, 5, and 6?...or call my doctor at this point? No real bad side effects...taking it for a poison sumac infection... I've done this before and the instructions always said 'all tablets taken at once each day'... The print on this package is so small I missed it...

There shouldn't be anything to worry about here, unless your doctor has stated otherwise. Usually, they can be taken spaced throughout the day, or all at once.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne, fluid retention, and weight gain.
