Missed My Period Since May 30th 2016

My lmp was may 30th till july 28th 2016. I have not seen my period after taking susten tablets for 9 days (9 tablets). Waiting.. I went to my gyno on July 10th 2016. They found fluid in 'pouch of douglas' in my ultra sound. I don't know why it's happening.

I am 28 yrs old. I'm not pregnant. Can anybody correlate with this?
