I take 600mg of gabapentin 3times daily for essential tremor. If I wait too long between doses I become confused dizzy and very tired. Also need to take upon rising in the AM. I Also have parkinsons but meds are not supposed to conflict.(azilect). Gabapentin works great for tremor but scary if I miss a dose. Any one else?

How long have you been taking it?
It's unusual to have a reaction that soon upon missing a dose.

However, since it is happening, what I'd suggest is your setting up some type of reminder system to avoid missing doses. I use an app on my iPhone that beeps whenever I need to take my next dose of medications, but even leaving yourself notes around the house could work.
Have you tried any reminder methods?
