Have you compared it to the pills in your pack to make sure it is one of the OCs?
If you haven't had intercourse, missing one isn't a big deal, but you may experience some breakthrough bleeding or spotting. However, you should be aware that it would be best not to have unprotect intercourse for the first 7 days of making sure you continuously take them. You should use a backup method of protection, until the 8th day.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of OCs as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS like symptoms.
