Missed My Second Period

I have started Lo Loestrin Fe about 2 months ago but i was taking the regular Loestrin 24 before. I have had unprotected sex, but my fiance never ejaculated in me. I have confused my pills with the days this month but i also missed my period last month and i finished my pack today but still no period. I haven't thrown up but I keep feeling sick, headaches and migraines over the past days. Is this because my body is still getting used to the pills or is their a possibility that I may be pregnant.

If you're sexually active, there is always the possibility of pregnancy, though it is very, very low if you also take oral contraceptives and use other precautions.

Have you talked to your doctor and done a pregnancy test?
