Missed Codeine In My Urine

I had a urine test and had taken 2 8 mg of codeine pills that day and day before,pain doc never said a word, just gave me my new script.Did they just miss it as my urine sample was so small,nurse said hopefully they could test,or am I in trouble next time I show up??
