I took Minastrin 24 Fe for 6 months. I got off track in the 5th month and didn't have a period (normally lasts all 4 of the inactive days) since I just kept taking the white pills I had in old packs that I messed up in the beginning. I stopped taking the pill on New Year's Day and I haven't had a period since. Could I be pregnant? I was intimate with my partner the day after I stopped taking the pill.

Yes, it you were intimate right after stopping it, there is a risk of pregnancy. It depends on when you ovulated.
Have had yourself checked for pregnancy?
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and spotting.
