Milkinol Topical Application

A sitter we have employed to care for our mother has suggested that we apply Milkinol to her scalp to get rid of what appears to be "adult cradle cap". She has used it on other patients with success. Have you ever heard of this? We wonder what it might do to her scalp.

From what I am finding, the topical form is just mineral oil, so it really just moisturizes.

There should be no harm in trying it, but you should check with her doctor, to be certain.
