My sister mixed up her 250 mg am dose of Depakote and her 500 mg pm dose of Depakote this morning. She's waiting for her script to be refilled for her am dosage. Can she cut the 500 mg pill in half so she's not overdosing herself?? ## Hello, Brandy! How is your sister doing? What are the markings on the tablets? seizer medicine ## Are you possibly referring to Depakote? The FDA lists it as containing Valproic Acid, and it is used to prevent seizures, but also some mood disorders. Its typical side effects as listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. Can you please double check and post back?

Since starting on Madepar 100/25 for possible Parkinson’s symptoms (the neurologist has not definitely diagnosed Parkinson’s yet as I have Parkinsonian symptoms after being on Epilim for at least 10 yrs as a migraine preventative treatment. I have been told that it can take up to 12 mths for ones metabolism to return to normal if you don’t have Parkinson’s and the symptoms are in fact from the drug. Since being on the madepar I find I am more outspoken, highly strung, and more extroverted.

I've been taking Depakote for 11 years and went off of it for 3 months. That was not good. Been back on for 2 months. I just don't feel right. Still side effects of headaches, nervous and some anxiety and aches. Could it be that it stopped working? Or something else? My daughters Dr. put her on depakote and it made her very mean and she wanted to jump on me and her sister. She is not a violent person. I called 911 and held her down till help got her. The police took her to jail even after I begged them to take her to the hospital and it was caused by a reaction from a new med her Dr. put her on. Now she has a domestic violence charge and had to stay in jail overnight and now has to be on probation, go to anger management classes and pay court costs. Hi, I've been taking depkote. I recently stopped taking it because I lost my doc. I've been have like these jerking in the hands legs head everywhere. they're like little seizures, also light sensitivity and I get scared like out of my pants if someone surprises me. it's really freaking me out. is this going to stop? is there anything I can do to help it? I took 2 fioricet for a migraine that my mother have me. I did not realize this wasn't an over the counter medication. I have been prescribed Fioricet and Amoxicillin-Clavulanate tablets. Can they be taken at the same time? ## I didn't find any problems, or interactions listed, but it is always best to double check. Hi..I am 30 week pregnant..I have severe migraine from 1 month.. MRI scan,urinie protein also done.all report is normal.. But amniotic fluid is low 0.7 cm..Dr prescribed naxdom 250 for headache 15 days back,I was taking 2 days one naxdom. Naxdom is the reason for low amniotic fluid?? Can I continue taking naxdom?? I have used Midrin sometimes over the last 30 years for migraines. Then I could not find any. Midrin is the only thing that works for me. I had a severe migraine that lasted 10 days and I now have a blind spot where the flashing lights were for all that time. The eye doctor I saw 24 hours into this did not find anything serious, because the effect is in the part of the brain that processes vision.
