I decided to start a new thread because although the capsules never worked as quickly as the tablets, they did work by 20 - 30 minutes later. As of July, 2017 they don't. Has anyone else noticed this recently? I've asked my pharmacist about getting a different manufacturer but they can't. Does anyone have any information about another change in the formula? Boy do I wish we could do something to bring back the tablets. ## What are the markings on the capsules you've been receiving? After years of taking fioricet & fiorinal, under drs. care, I have noticed that I have an itch on legs and feet after taking meds when tension migraine hits. I have fear that I may becoming allergic to aspirin and or acetominephine. I don't know what to do (itching not severe) if I can't take meds. when headache occurs. Due to medical conditions I was on pain pills for many years. It was used against me as being an addict and my kid was taken. So, I've been taking the "old tablet", gross, bitter fioricet for unremitting trigeminal Neuralgia for about 6 years off and when my horrible TN kicks in. It has ALWAYS BEEN my miracle drug. Literally, I ran the gamut of headache meds. I'm 54 and have been getting aura, aura loop migraines since I was 16; then Trigeminal Neuralgia, nicely nicknamed, "The Suicide Disease" was found 6 years ago. It brings me to my knees....BBBBUUUT! I am taking Tramadol. Is it safe to take this when I take Midrin for migraine headaches. ## I didn't find any interactions, or problems listed between the two medications, but you should always check such information to be safe. I used to average about 1-2 migraines a month, so my primary care doctor prescribed me Fioricet. This usually takes care of the migraine within a couple of hours (not without making me feel kind of drunk though). However, the frequency of my migraines has increased and I'm averaging about one a week, so my primary care prescribed me Topamax. I started it even though I was weary of all of its alarming side effects, and I had to stop it due to the crippling anxiety it has caused me. I plan to talk with my doctor again about getting on a different medication, but I was hoping for some advice. Has anyone tried Elavil for preventing migraines, and if so, how were its side effects? Good Day, I have seen all the different side effects and 2 of the ones my neurologist has not been mentioned in the comments I read. He mentioned tingles in hands and feet, plus functioning slower than normal. Has this happened to anyone else? ## The migranes and headaches are almost not there from migranes daily all day to a mild headache maybe once a month. But I do get a bit of tingling in my feet. I have tried several drugstores for the fiorinal tablet and cannot find them. I have taken them for several years, the capsule is not effective and neither is the fiorcet. I have chronic migraines,7/24/365. This condition is kept to a manageable level by Lyricaand Effexor. However, both of these drugs have been causing serious side effects to, like short term memory problems, shortness of breath, and more. I am very sensitive to drugs in general, and have tried other meds with little success. Botox has been suggested as an alternative . I can no longer get blue Westward 787 Fioricet. I bought Vantage 2355 but it makes me feel awful and does not help my headache, but creates a more intense one. What to do? Normally my daughter takes 1500 milligrams (three 500 mg tabs) of Depakote 2 x per day, however today the pharmacy gave me an eye dropper and "LIQUID" form. The label reads in milliliters so I do not know how many drops to give her? ## Did they not put an amount on the prescription?
