hi sis lexy, what do you mean na epekto sa dugo? if you're asking kung nakakadumi sya, hindi po... but prone ka sa highblood / blood cloth kasi tumutulong sya sa pagpapalapot ng dugo... ang hndi pwede magdonate ng dugo ay yung may nakainom ng alak, nagtetake ng drugs, may tattoo na hindi pa gaano katagal, may singaw, highblood, puyat at syempre yung may sakit gaya ng hepa lalo na ang HIV. lage din ako nagdodonate sa redcros, :)
