I had been taking Loestrin for years with no side effects then switched to Minastrin when they stopped prescribing /manufacturing Loestrin . Now taking Mibelas. I've developed alopecia and am also experiencing hair loss. The only thing that I can trace back to any kind of change is this drug. Anyone else having those types of side effects? Thx so much.

That can be a side effect of most hormonal medications, according to FDA reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood changes.
How much hair are you losing? You might need to switch to a different contraceptive. Are you on any other medications?
