There are several yellow tablets on the market that contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, since it is also available as a generic.
Here's the information on some of them and the dosages:
WATSON 853 10/325mgs
V 36 01 10/325mgs
WATSON 3228 10/750mgs
170 7.5/325mgs
Do any of these match the markings on the tablet in question?
As you can see, the dosages vary, so I can't tell you if the one you have is the strongest available, or not.
It is, however, only available in a maximum of 10mgs of the Hydrocodone.
