The square green pill in description is Pravastatin sodium (40 mg); used for lowering cholesterol and preventing cardiovascular disease.

The dosing and administration guidelines list the following instructions:
"Pravastatin comes as a tablet to take by mouth. It is usually taken once a day with or without food. Take pravastatin at around the same time every day."

It sounds like you can simply swallow it with some water; otherwise it should mention more detailed instructions than that.
