Mfg. Company For My Blood Pressure Medicine

I'm taking Carvedilol tab, an oval tab with E on front and 03 on back for my B/P and I had moved. I went to the cvs as usual. Got my script filled. It wasn't the same mfg. and I'm kind of leery about taking a different name brand. Should I be?

No, all of the medications available in the U.S. must meet the same quality, efficacy and safety standards, no exceptions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

What are the markings on the tablets you received from CVS?
