Is there any way to accurately identify pills that originate from Mexico? I have a small round white pill with a weird "R" logo, from Mexico. It's Clenbuterol, but I don't know the mg. Can anyone help me find out what the correct dosage is for this particular tablet?
Large capsule half white other half cobalt blue (like the color of the type on this websites lists to the right here>) no imprints at all. Got the pills in Mexico at a Pharmacia and put them in an unmarked bottle..thinking I'd remember wwhat they were but have ofcourse forgotten..anyone with insight to what the pill may be, I'd appreciate.

Prescription pills from Mexico tend to differ from those in other countries in terms of their appearance, labels, and packaging - but being that Mexico doesn't appear to maintain public drug databases like the US FDA does, posted below is just a 'quick guide' on some basic things to be mindful of:
1. Know the Features:
Every pill has a unique identity that incorporates its shape, color, size, and any imprints. The imprints may include a combination of numbers, letters, symbols, or the name of the company manufacturing the drug.
2. Regarding Pill Identification Tools:
As far as I know, there aren't any pill identification tools that recognize medications outside of the US FDA's drug database. However, certain entities such as The Mexican Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS) may be able to help with verifying particular Mexico-based pharmaceutical products.
3. Don’t Forget the Packaging:
Pills are typically packaged in a way that provides necessary information about the medication. This includes the drug’s name, the manufacturer, prescribed dose, and use-by date. Even if a pill comes without an imprint, don't discard the packaging - important identifiers are often printed on the original packaging.
4. Consider a Lab Analysis:
All of the above information aside, one last resort option would be to look into various types of drug panels or reputable labs (such as Wedinos) who can perform a chemical analysis on a sample tablet to reliably check for specific substances, including the likes of steroids.
NOTE: In the unusual event that you're still unable identify a pill, I would strongly consider reaching out to the doctor, pharmacy or healthcare provider that originally prescribed or dispensed the medication for further assistance in the matter.
Concerning the small white Clenbuterol pill with the strange R logo, my research leads me to believe that it may be a 40mcg dosage, however I'd recommended verifying this through multiple sources just to be on the safe side. At the time of this writing, I noticed an image on google with a similar logo you were describing and it was indicated as being 40mcg. Other Clenbuterol dosages that I've come across range from 20mcg to 50mcg.
Hope this helps!

I have a roundish pink pill with nothing but a line down the middle on one side. It's more of a light pink-ish color. Any idea what this may be?

We are on vacation and I fell and broke my foot. I was prescribed hydrocodone and had it filled at a Mexican pharmacy. But the marking on the actual tablet is odd to me and I or my husband can't find it anywhere online. Can anyone tell me if this is the actual medication? They are white, oblong, scored and have like a Fl or like a half square doubled over print, it’s more like a symbol. I'm just leery after things you hear. Just have 5 more days till I'm back home. Any input would be appreciated. The resort said it was a reputable pharmacy. But still…
