Have you consulted your doctor?
The Eco-AV contains Apsirin and Atorvastatin, this combines a NSAID blood thinner with a medication to help lower cholesterol.
The Metzok contains the active ingredient Metoprolol, which is a beta blocker used to treat high blood pressure and help with cardiac function.
That said, either one of these could be causing the problems you are experiencing. They could be side effects from one, or both of them.
