Metronidazole False Positives

I am about to go for a pre-employment drug screen and I currently take Metronidazole 500 MG. I currently have a job, a decent job. Just trying to get a second, as I am an expectant mother and need all the money I can get. Can Metronidazole 500MG have a false positive for anything? I don't want to fail this test and be fired from the position they offered, or to loose my current job, or to have CPS come into my life over a mistake. Can anyone help? Thanks in advanced.
