I'm actually not familiar with the full list of ingredients that are considered gluten based, but I can list the inactive ingredients for you, so you can see what they are.

The ones listed as being used in the Teva Metronidazole tablets are:

Silicon dioxide colloidal, Hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium start glycolate and stearic acid.
