Metoprolol Tart 50mg Tab Leg

I take a pill twice a day. Is each pill 50 mg, or combined they equal 50mg?

What is the imprint on the pills that you take?
There are 25mg, 50mg, and 100mg pills available. Based on your description I can only assume that they are 50mg, but would need to look up the imprint for verification.
