I have. Pacemaker I had high blood pressure during my last visit, my doctor switched my mess from twice daily Metoprolol Succinate ER 50 mg twice daily to a 100mg Metoprolol Succinate SA. This has made me so tired I could sleep all day, no energy fatigue trouble balancing weakness. What is the difference and do these symptoms go away I've been on this for a week

They should go away, with time, as your body gets used to the medication, but it may take about 4 to 5 weeks. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?
