Metoprolol Er Succinate 25 Mg By Mfg Watson

I started to take it in January '16 ,after one month had joint pain and muscle pain all over my body,after two months rash on my entire body ,but face.Dermatology biopsy said that I had ofuji rash.I stopped to take it on March'16 still have muscle and joint pain all over my body.Stay away from it!!!

Hello, Andy! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems you've had.

The joint and muscle pain can be normal side effects of this medication and has caused many people to have to stop taking it. It can also cause dizziness, hair loss and increased urination, as reported by the FDA.

It made me very miserable, when I tried it and I had to stop taking it, too.

That rash, however, isn't listed, though it has been known to cause a general rash, with itching.

What medication did you switch to?

I do not take anything for now.I went to my PD
four times with that rash,muscles and join pain
I had many blood tests done the only think that showed was IgE antibody 190 I went to immunology Allergy specialist he did allergic tests found Nothing,I went to my cardiologist
she told me that it could be because of parovirous b19 or Metoprolol and she stop it.
I hope that is nothing serious.This widespread pain is all over my body for short time and goes away
