Metoprolol 25mg - Car Vs Myl

My label on my current bottle of Metoprolol says "TAR 25mg tab Myl", while the old bottle's label said "TAR 25mg tab Car."

What is the difference between Myl and Car?

The Myl and Car are just different manufactures, since this is a generic medication.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?

I've been taking the Myl tablets and today I got the Car tablets. They are smaller and I can't find any reference to them online. Is this right?
