Metoprolol 200 Mg

Oval pill, scored in the center, marked 358 on the unscored side.

Was allegedly supposed to be a generic for Toprol 200 mg. However pharmacist dispensed twice as many as the perscription stated, with no change in directions. Manufacturer does not show this pill on its info. page.
