However, it is most likely that your pharmacy has just provided you with the same medication, but the tablets look different and have different markings, because they have been manufactured by a different company.
Metoprolol is a generic medications, so it made by several different companies and it is normal for your pharmacy to change which one they carry, depending on who was offering the cheapest price at the time they needed to restock their supply.
