Metolar Xr 25 And Bad Side Effects

My father is taking Metolar XR-25 for high blood pressure for last 6 years. Now he is feeling getting headaches, gets unconscious for some time, and after vomiting he feels little better. I have taken him a good doctor, did the Brain CT scan, complete blood test, Thyro test. All reports are normal. Can anybody please tell me if it Metolar side effects? He is very upset with headache & pain in eyes.

Hi to all the community members. The same case is with me, can someone be kind enough to post some constructive reply. Despite these symptoms...my doctor has advised me to continue the medicine my life has become a living hell..someone please help...what to do. I have also read the previous posts...but nobody has posted that what should be done in case of serious symptoms. Dear Jaspal...did you find some solution to the problem which you mentioned...can you please help.
