i would like to know what metichol tablets or pills are

I can't find any information about "Metichol" tablets, my only guess (based on research) is that Metichol may be a brand name of the medication known as Choline Inositol.

According to Livestrong.com, Choline is related to the family of B vitamins. It protects the liver from building up fat and reduces overall cholesterol. Inositol works in conjunction with choline to prevent the accumulation of fats in the liver.

Additionally, it helps the body utilize the nutrients in food. Due to their synergistic nature, Inositol and Choline are commonly found in supplements together. Some people take Inositol and Choline supplements to naturally supplement their efforts for overall health and cholesterol reduction, says "Contemporary Nutrition." Consult your physician prior to taking Inositol and Choline or any other supplement.
