Methylcobalamin Alpha Lipoic Acid Benfotiamine

I get stomach cramps, being an old patient of Cardia Achalasia. But now there is no constriction in food pipe or any ulcers. I am on Pantaprazole and other anti acid drugs. The cramps give uneasy feeling and I cannot eat normal food.
