Under what conditions should one take methylcobalamin 500 mg? What are the benefits and what are the side effects?

My daughter is 13years old .from last three years she does not speak clearly.she stammer.till 10years she was good speaker but niw she feels a little difficulty in speaking clear.i want to ask is methycobal tab helpful in clear speaking.plz reply me.

Since I am also a vegetarian and having Vitamin B12 deficiency and also the iron deficiency; the Doctor suggested me 2 tablets of Methycobal 500 mg per day and also suggested me to take iron tablets. I have just started taking these medicines and does not know the results as of now and might know slightly later after sometime. I feel slight pain in my legs specially in calfes and the feets. What food habbits you would recommend from your experience for a vegetarian

evion 400 one a day
surbex z....one a day

I am taking mecobalamin methycobal 500mg everyday cause of having facial nerve damage and its prescribed by my doctor.I have been superficial surgery last october 2015 and it cause paralysed the right side part of my face. cant even smile or response any expressions either. May i know what should i do for my fast recovery.please someone give me a fact and helpful tips.

It's really perfect medicine for legs pain etc but which i have in my legs pain and take after i am fit now because it's methycobal 500mg basically B12 gives us power energy.

I'm a papillary carcinoma with follicular variant patient and had 2 sessions of high-dose radioactive iodine therapy. Lately, i experienced having tingling sensations and sometimes numbness in my right extremities. I told it to my Dr. and she recommended the Methycobal 500mg 3 times a day for 1 month. I am taking it for almost three weeks now and i believe the tingling and numbness had already lessen.

I will be suffering from frequent mouth ulcer. If I take vitamin supplement , ulcer increases. Hence I found a vegetable, which is suitable for me. If i eat leaves of ( basale soppu) a kind of creeper, with green and wide leaves, thrice a day for two days and if I stop coffee or tea during the period , mouth ulcer is cured. It is a good supplement of Vitamin B and Iron.

I have been using methycobal 500 since 2010 after my cervical and lumber surgery at Wockhardt Hospital Goa. I have not notice any side effect. But the numbness in my two Palm is there permanently, I also feel internal head in my two legs but it's more on my right leg, the giddiness has reduced.

Try Magnesium Oil sprayed on the skin. Most people are magnesium deficient. Research it.
