Hi, lacking B12 is a common thing for older people and vegitarians it is also not so easy for your body to ingest B12. I take a vitamin B12 supplement every day to boost my B12 levels. Best absorbed under the tongue. I also take 1 methylcobal every day for dizzyness along with merislon when feeling dizzy.
B12 helps with energy also it is a very important vitamin for everyone.
I suggest you read about it on the net.

Hi, I have the same problem, I have been diagnosed with Minieres disease, I also have Tinnitus. I take vitamin B12 supplements and methylbycobal and 2 merislon when I feel a dizzy spell approaching or happening. They work for me with no side affects,
Take a B12 every day especially if over 40 and I hope you manage your symptoms

Please do check with ayurvedha for b12. usually i've heared so many people saying that vegans have more chances of b12 deficiency. but i personally checked the same and found that vitamin b12 is included in somany vegan food eg: Sesame seeds.
soak sesame seeds for one night drink the sesame water on empty stomach and consume the sesame increases b12. amla or indian gooseberry provides the same and too without any side effects
consuming Drumstick and its leaves also provides b12.
if you have serious issues in using b12 tabelets i personally suggest that you go for ayurvedha and naturopathy

What is that Vitamin B12 that has the smell of peanut butter ? Initially I was injected with this B12, with peanut butter smell, now another doctor injected me with methycobal. I had a deudenum/stomach operation.

I have been using warafine , centrum & many other medicins for heart ailments for the past 20 years to avoid a clot in blood because my heart beetings are irregularly irregular. My phisician advised me to use mecobalamin injections 500 mg but after using two injections , my blood ' INR" increased up to 3.2 instead of normal ratio of a bit above 2. There appeared some blood in my arms. Is the increase in INR due to the said injections?

One stray dog beaten by big barcelona by leg and after that accident the dog not walk he is unable to stand I consult Pawa india org site first-aid animal they give me advise to give methycobal injection to this dog if I give injection this dog can stand on his leg they said in paralysis case this injection work good if spinalcord not broken please give me advise the dog treatment is going on but after 9 days he is unable to stand

EXcESESIVE SWEATING AFTER TAKING DOSE 3 TIMES DAILY.ALSO on various other medications xarelto10mgms daily,frusimide 20 mgms mane Meprazilone for stomach,medrol now 8mgms daily,was on 32 mgms for 1week reducing to 4 mgms till 27thsept. Osteocare daily,all these drugs were perscribed under strict supervision of my consultant. Did have Dvt but all clear now,also have poly myalgia rhumatica,[in remission at present,Mri lower spinal disks 5th 1st and nerve inflamation,hense increase in steriods again.

Hello. My mumma is 50 years old. Bp and sugar patient. Yet now she diagnose early mylodysplastic. ( low hb cells) dr prescribe her folic acid tablet. Methycobal tablet and ferrosoft tablet once a day. And also epokine inj 4/6 in month. I want to know is this medication ok for her coz she is also suffering urine infection nd high creatinine leve. Kindly guide me about medicine.
