It's really perfect medicine for legs pain etc but which i have in my legs pain and take after i am fit now because it's methycobal 500mg basically B12 gives us power energy.

I am takin two 500 mcg mecobalamin inj for 3 days, yes you get some nausea, probably some nerousness too for an hour but its temporary.
It fades away.
No major side effects seen till 3rd dose(1000mcg).
I will be taking 4 more dose daily then weekly for 2 months then monthly for 4 monhs.

I am taking mecobalamin methycobal 500mg everyday cause of having facial nerve damage and its prescribed by my doctor.I have been superficial surgery last october 2015 and it cause paralysed the right side part of my face. cant even smile or response any expressions either.
