Methotrexate And Myprodol

I've perscribed methotrexate for psoriatic arthritis. Can i take a combination of ibuprofen, paracetamol and codeine (myprodol) to relieve a headache?

Taking the Methotrexate with the Ibuprofen can actually raise the levels of Methotrexate that is absorbed in your body, which could reach toxic levels, so they should never be combined without your doctor's approval and monitoring.
