Methocarbam is a long white tablet with an H on one side and 115 on the other.
Methocarbamol is orangish with a G on one side and 750 on the other side

Those are both 750 mg doses of Methocarbamol ("Methocarbam" for short).
The white H 115 tablet has an NDC code of 31722-534.
The orange G 750 tablet has an NDC code of 62207-770.
