The side effect and contraindication profiles are not studied for VItamins and Supplements, as they are for prescription medications, so I cannot tell you much about using them with the VItamin D or the Metamucil.
However, concomitant use of the Ambien and the Methocrabamol could result in Central Nervous System depression, such as slowed breathing and heart rate, so you must use them with caution.
