I'm looking to stop using Methadone. I currently use 60mg methadone and was wondering how many mg of MSIR i would need to take a day so that I do not get uncomfortable. I need to stay on the MSIR for 12 days before I can start Ibogaine therapy. how many mg of MSIR is Equal to 60mg of Methadone..does anyone know the facts?

Not being a patient I can't pretend that I know all the facts, but to be honest it sounds like you should probably consult with your doctor first about achieving proper conversion rates between methadone and MSIR (morphine) before attempting to take an "equal" dose based on these comments alone.
However, I did want to share a PDF page I came across that discusses conversion rates in more specific detail. Apparently when you go from methadone to morphine the information sheet below suggests a ratio of 1:1 oral methadone to 1:3 oral morphine.
