Methadone Urine Test With Benzos Showing

I live in Scotland and I have my first appointment to see a doctor for methadone next tuesday but I am still showing benzos in my urine even though I haven't had any for a few weeks. Alot of people keep telling me I might not get my script as the doctors are quite strict with prescribing methadone when showing benzos in urine. I am so desperate to get a start on this medication because I am determend I want onto a recovery programme and have even stated I want a reduction as soon as possible as well. Everything I read on here most people that are commenting are in America I think. And I am not sure if things work differently in America than Scotland? But if anyone could help it would be appreciated as I am totally dreading tuesday in case I get told to hand in a clean urine test before I get a start. Thanx to whoever takes the time to read this and your help will certainly be so much appreciated.

I'm in the same shape,I recently started taking methadone and I've testing positive for benzos for the past month although I haven't taken any in over a month so depending on how much and how often you took them will depend on the positive or negative results of your urine test...good luck!!
