Methadone And Subutex Will It Make Me Sick

I took a half of a 8mg subutex at 12 this after noon I have methadone can I take it or will it make me sick

It would be a waste of the Methadone, because the Subutex will prevent it from having any effect.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
