Methadone And Menopause

l am 56 years old a female and been on Methadone for 15 years. l am now going through the dreaded Menopause and I am suffering. Is there anyone who can help give me any advice about this? Anything would be helpful or just to tell me how they fared? Thank you.

i am 59 yrs old,female, have been on methadon for 11 yrs.,i went thru menopause appro 5 yrs ago, now i am detoxing from meth.,currently on 20mgs. coming down most recently from 60mgs.(sadly i had come down from 140mgs to 0 but a marital sep. forced to put myself back on the prgrm,that being said i am currently experiencing hot flashes at nite like mad, any words of help, advice PLS!!

i too am beginning menopause and have been on methadone for 8.5yrs. the methadone already made me sweat but now.... its just ridiculous. was hoping someone had some advice. not looking to detox anytime real soon.
