Methadone Testing

I have been using someone else's pee to test at the Methadone Clinic. They test everyone once a month....recently my test came back inconclusive..meaning there were no traces of Methadone metabolizing in my system. Since I go there everyday my case worker said all I can say is " its not your pee ". I must have kept it too long...its worked 3 times beore..I said I slipped.I got a 30 day penalty and all my take homes taken..my question #1 how long will the pee be good for if refrigerated #2 whats the best way to get past this...I really need my pot for the stress..But I really want the take homes..if I give them another test with no methadone in it I'm through.

I know this is really old but I'm gonna answer anyway. Your best bet is buying a whizzinator. I've been on methadone for almost 8 yrs and I've always used a whizzinator. Even with a nurse watching me like a hawk from 3 ft away. As far as the urine goes, I've kept pee in my fridge for as long as 3 months before and it was fine. I'm willing to bet who ever you got the pee from lied to you. If you know for a fact it did have methadone metabolite in it (like maybe you had alot of the same pee and you've used it before and it was fine), always order a GCMS!!! It's a much more extensive test they can do at the lab bc sometimes the regular machine will throw out false positives or make mistakes. At my clinic it's $30 to order a GCMS and if it comes back in your favor, you get your money back....and your takehomes. The lab only keeps urine specimens for 2 weeks so you must order it within that 2 weeks or you're s*** outta luck. It usually takes 3-4 business days for the results to come back and you will have to go to the clinic to dose everyday until it comes back but it's a small price to pay to get your takehomes back.
