Methadone Clinic Dosing Protocol

In going to a methadone clinic for approximately six months. I and my fiance at 130 and she at 135. They start tapering you up if you miss 4 days. In other words they start you in something like 50 and then 75 and then 100 and then 130. Is there a code word or some sort of life hack That would convince them to start your dose a little higher or on the same dose itself. One time a few months ago we did just that. On the second day we cleared. The third day when you're supposed to get a 100mg dose, we missed it. We made it in the next day. We let him know we had a methadone the day before; we split a 10 milligram Methadone so they just gave us our photos. Is there anything that can be done to ensure even give us a 50-50 chance of not having to endure the pain of starting at low dose?

If I missed this Saturday's methadone dose and in return missed getting my at-home dose and I go in on Sunday, will they cut my dose down anyway? Can I miss 2 consecutive days of methadone before my clinic cuts my dosage?
