Metformin Pill Difference
UpdatedWhat's the difference in the pill with 227 on one side and the ones I take that have 102H? Both are 500mg.

They have just been manufactured by different companies, otherwise, they are the same medication in the same dosage, according to FDA guidelines. It's typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, diarrhea, and hypoglycemia.
