Metformin Generics Differ

Glucophage seems to be less likely to give me diarrhea and nausea. Are there any generic brands which have less side effects than Aurobindo Metformin? I lost a lot of weight on the generic to my chagrin because I was down to 83 lbs.

They all carry the risk of causing the same side effects, it is just a matter of finding one that works for you, without making you completely miserable, so it is basically trial and error.

The FDA lists other typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, stomach pain, and flatulence.

Which other ones have you tried?
