Can someone tell me how often your creatine levels should be checked while taking this drug? Thank You!

Hi Mary,

Are you referring to creatinine? From what I could gather, all patients on Metformin should have their kidney function measured "annually" with a creatinine test. I assume that this test provides you with information about your current creatinine levels, however I could be wrong so make sure to double check with your doctor first.
