The pill is round, white with an "M" on one side and 034 on the other. Is this Metformin and who is the manufacturer?

Thank you.

The closest match I'm finding to your description, is a white round pill marked with "M" on one side and "34" on the other; minus the "0". It's identified as Anastrozole 1 mg.

Manufacturer: Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.
National Drug Code (NDC): 00378-6034

Anastrozole is used to treat breast cancer after surgery and for metastases in both pre and post-menopausal women. Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor, which means that it interrupts a critical step in the body's synthesis of estrogen. Some breast cancer cells require estrogen to grow, and eliminating estrogen suppresses their growth.

Does this sound like a possible match to your pill?
