I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it. 1 REPLY Updatedround white tablet w/ a number 5510 on one side and 66 on the other side ## You're looking at the one side of the tablet upside down, the marking is actually intended to be 5510 93 and yes, it contains 50mgs of Mercaptopurine, which is a cancer medication that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.
