Meprate Tablet And Spotting

I wanted to postpone my periods so i consuted gynec she told me to take Meprate 10 mg tablet twice a day till 10 days 3 days prior from my date.as soon as I take the 1st tablet after 2 hours I saw spotting same happened with next day.when I explained her she told me to take 3 tablets a day for 2 to 3 days to stop dis.but m afraid wid this nd confused.if anybody experienced the same plz help.not a pregnant women nd I have regular periods.

Unfortunately, not every medication works for everyone that tries it, and since Meprate is a hormonal medication, it can cause breakthrough bleeding, like what you experienced, along with nausea, headache, mood changes, and weight changes.

Have you tried taking the higher dosage, yet? That might be what's needed to help you. It is generally best to follow your doctor's instructions.
