Am 52 and have not been having my periods for two months. Have l started my menopause?

It is possible. Aside from the cessation of your periods, the NIH lists other symptoms as possibly including nausea, hot flushes, irritability, headaches, PMS-like symptoms, chills and dizziness.

Have your periods been irregular, at all, over the past few years? Have you been more irritable? Crampy? Have you had any spotting, between periods?
